Poulabeer
The poulabeer is used as a reference dish to cook chicken with liquids such as beer or coca-cola that gives you the perfect result of juicy meat! Be careful as this dish is similar to cooking a chicken with the beer can on the barbecue, but this poulabeer can only be used in a conventional oven. Results are however uncomparable!
